The breakfast area offers excellent coffee, and you will enjoy a substantial spread each morning, perfect for fueling a day of exploration.

Choose quadruple room with nice balcony, decent aircon, three lamps. With an electric kettle and a fridge. Marvellous location, nice enough area, next to restaurants, shopping street and theaters as well as Hop-on. Good food in the restaurants such as Da Bacco, located 5 min away. A GREAT stay for business trip, good value.

Old furniture and scarlet walls

Absolutely, i nearly wrote a favorable review, but the filthy shower curtain and nonexistent wifi ruined it. Plus, for a place that claims to care about guests, i can't believe i wasn't offered any sort of upgrade or complimentary snack upon check-in. Must have been a mistake, right? How typical, too small rooms and no attention to detail.

The location. The breakfast was reasonable and the coffee was good.

I'm not sure if it happened just to the room my siblings and I stayed in but the air conditioning was faulty and did not get cold at all. The room was stuffy and the staff insisted that the air conditioning was set to the maximum level. After persuading them to get the facilities manager to come view it the next morning, no one came. We eventually gave up as we only stayed there for 3 nights in the summer of 2011.

Value for money and cleanleaness

Had ourselves a great time! The folks were as friendly as the summer sun, treatin' us just right. Breakfast had a good spread and the location couldn't be beat, right close to all the liveliness. Just wish the room had a bit more charm, looked kinda tired, like it needed a sprucin' up.

The hotel is very clean and stilish. Location is ideal to visit the city and reach the airport easily.

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good with quality products. Enjoyed the cozy bar area and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

The price was reasonable. The toilet was decent and spacious. Breakfast though limited was included in the price. The hotel staff's command of English is fair, sufficient to get by during our stay.

I'm not sure if all rooms face this problem but my room had air- conditioning that didn't work and the management insisted that it was set to the maximum. We told them several times to come and fix it but they never did. The room was uncomfortably stuffy in the summer. Also the hotel doesn't provide a kettle for boiling water. You can ask for hot water but you'd have to call reception to request for it.

The breakfast spread was diverse, and the staff members were accommodating. Their friendliness impacted my stay positively. The quick internet access was a significant plus.

The room was quite cramped, affecting my overall comfort.

Nearby some good restaurants and shops

No free parking, next to the main noisy road, Wi-Fi low signal in some part of the room, not willing to receive credit card

Nice personnel, very helpful and friendly! Nice clean rooms and rather quiet even though we had a busy street just below. The roof terass for breakfast was pleasant.
